Normally, we use the word “chaos” to describe business environments in a slightly hyperbolic way. But when the world’s economy is shut down, “chaos” is as appropriate as it gets. Whether you're leading a team or leading yourself, reacting to and surviving chaos takes one approach. But successfully emerging from it requires an approach that leads with purpose to reflect and recalibrate for the opportunities ahead.
